Here is how the LifeWave Compensation Plan pay commissions to distributors...
LifeWave distributors can sell retail... earning the difference between retail and wholesale ($15.00 difference between .the retail price of $84.95 and the wholesale price of $69.95) for a month’s supply of patches. However, this isn’t what LifeWave is about. And, please note that only distributors can buy at wholesale prices through the company. This means that retail customers will usually choose to be distributors in order to buy at the wholesale price.
The power of the LifeWave plan is that it pays 15% of your shorter leg’s business volume... up to $100,000 commission paid to you per month!
LifeWave developed it’s pay plan with the guidance of Rod Cook, a highly respected MLM consultant and watchdog. Learn more about Rod Cook.
Also, LifeWave pays sponsorship bonuses... so that... helping those you sponsor to be successful... is very lucrative.
Binary Downline
LifeWave’s team building plan allows a distributor to have two distributor legs beneath him. In this example, you are A and the two distributors below you are B anc C. The two distributors beneath you can be sponsored by you or can be sponsored by distributors above you. When the two positions under any particular distributor are filled... any new distributor to be sponsored is placed further down the genealogy tree.
LifeWave’s pay plan pays you commissions on the business volume of all distributors below you... down to infinity... with earning caps to prevent excessive payouts. So, this plan allows you to benefit as much from a distributor a thousand levels below you as you would benefit from a distributor directly below you, until you reach your earning cap. If the thought of potentially reaching an earning cap is bothersome ($1.2 million dollars per year)... you can always enroll as a distributor multiple times.
Specifics of the bonus formula (how you earn 15% on your short side):
The LifeWave Company pays you a $50 bonus whenever there is $330 sales volume on one side and $660 on the other side. It doesn’t matter which side (left or right) is the short or long side. LifeWave calculates and pays commissions weekly.
Using a hypothetical example below... you would be paid three times... receiving $150.00 in commission for the volumes shown... subtracting ($330 and $660) for each $50 paid. Non-paid volumes accrue to the next pay cycle.
As you can see... this plan pays you 15% of the volume on your short leg.

Unpaid volumes accrue (are not flushed) from week to week and month to month as long as minimum monthly purchases are made. That is incredibly important as it means that you don’t ever lose your bonuses... they stay there until you collect them eventually.
Concept of long leg, short leg and placement.
Your goal as a LifeWave distributor is to keep your right and left downline legs in an approximate 2 to 1 balance (much easier to do than a 1 to 1 balance requirement). The shorter leg is called the short leg and the other leg is called the long leg. Usually your long leg far outdistances your short leg... and no longer needs to be thought about... and one’s attention can be focused on building the shorter leg.
A power leg essentially means a leg that is building excellent sales volume with no effort from you. Such a situation allows you to focus your efforts on your shorter leg. Being able to focus on only one leg is the best situation to be in. It is teamwork at its best.
New distributors are almost always placed at the end of the sponsoring distributor’s short leg. At the end... means literally at the end of a straight line going from you through your left or right distributor.
The Livewave computer systerm automatically places new distributors at the end of either of the left leg or the right leg. It will not automatically place a distributor at an inside position, (however, there is a manual way to accomplish such a placement if you wanted to help someone build their inside leg). Your back office downline management program allows you to set one of three options for automatic placement—left line, right line or alternating between left and right. Once a person is placed... manually or automatically... that person is LOCKED INTO THAT PLACE PERMANENTLY!
Example:
This example shows how money is earned. The ones earning money in this example are those with their circles colored in. In fact, the whole secret for earning money is to have sales volume on both legs — not just one.
Beginning at the top... Kent is on the left leg of his upline. Kent’s left leg (red) is the short leg of someone in his upline... and so that upline person is placing new distributors at the end of his/her short leg... which is the red line going through Kent and Devin. Because this leg is growing through the efforts of Kent’s upline, this leg is (at least in the beginning) Kent’s long leg or POWER LEG.
Another example of a power leg is the blue line going from Kent through Patsy (red circle). Patsy doesn’t have to build the blue leg.. because Kent is building it — it is Kent’s short leg and Patsy’s power leg.
The red line that goes from Patsy through Shane is Patsy’s short or inside leg... because she is building it herself. If she does a good job of building this leg it becomes Shane’s (and Megan’s) power leg.
Note that Kenneth's circle is colored yellow. Kenneth is essentially getting a free ride. His power leg is the right or blue leg being built by Kent. He gets a few of his family members involved as customers only... but does only a minimum effort to qualify for bonuses.
His son Greg, (circle is colored black) is building both his left and his right legs since his siblings and father aren't really promoting the business. He will continue to build both sides until he discovers a super star who will turn one of his legs into an automatically growing or power leg.

Matching bonus:
LifeWave provides an additional method of earning bonus called matching bonus. Essentially, you are paid percentage of the bonus check earned by anyone you sponsor. Matching bonus provides a big incentive to help those you sponsor by working with them to build their inside leg... and earn a bonus... which means a bonus for you.
