In reviewing how you can fully benefit from Energy Patches we provide the following tips:

  1. You won’t feel different. There is no feeling whatsoever to wearing the energy patches. Specifically, there isn’t any buzz or stimulated feeling. You will just be able to do more before your muscles tire out. This is the most surprising aspect of the Patches. No feeling... but instead of being stopped by muscle or energy failure at a certain point... you can go beyond that previous failure point easily.
  2. how_to_wear_patchesEnergy pathways are often compromised by injuries or toxic build-ups in the body that interrupt the flow electro-magnetic energy through the meridians of the body. Energy Patches will first try to revitalize these pathways. Once the pathways are working properly, they will be able to effectively communicate to your cells. If you don’t find any improvement in strength endurance when wearing the patches at one matching set of meridian points, we suggest you try other points. In fact, experimenting in the locations of the patches is a good thing to do in order to make sure all your pathways are working well. First, try them on the chest/shoulders, then on the forearms, then on the knees, then on the ankles... then back to the chest/shoulders. You can also experiment with the back, stomach and backs of the calves, if you wish, perhaps after consulting a picture of the body’s hundreds of meridian points.
